About Josephville
Josephville is a rural locality in the Scenic Rim Region of Queensland, about 10 kilometres west of Beaudesert. The locality's farming land is used mainly for cattle grazing and mixed agriculture. The Beaudesert Shire Tramway, which ran from 1903 to 1944, had a station at Josephville and opened up the agricultural lands of the upper Logan River.
