About Regency Downs
Regency Downs is a mixed-use locality in the Lockyer Valley Region of Queensland, located 78 kilometres west of Brisbane and 55 kilometres from Toowoomba. Immediately north of the Warrego Highway and Plainland, the locality was named and bounded on 3 June 1994 and amended on 26 May 2000. Historically a rural area, it has increasingly been subdivided into rural residential house sites, reducing agricultural land use. Nearest government schools include Glenore Grove State School and Hatton Vale State School.
