About Kulgun
Kulgun is a rural locality in the Scenic Rim Region, about 10 kilometres north of Boonah. The name derives from an Aboriginal word meaning track or road, originally applied to the former railway station on the Fassifern railway line, Queensland's first branch railway, which operated from 1882 until closure in 1964.
