About Blenheim

Blenheim is a rural locality in the Lockyer Valley Region of Queensland, approximately 7 kilometres south-west of Laidley and 40 km west of Ipswich. Nestled in a small valley that drains into Lockyer Creek, the area is used for cropping and grazing on the fertile Lockyer Valley soils. Blenheim has historical roots in German settlement during the mid-19th century, alongside neighbouring Laidley and Tarampa districts.
