About Weribone
Weribone is a rural locality in south-west Queensland, about 108 km south of Roma. The Carnarvon Highway runs along its north-eastern boundary and the Balonne River forms its eastern and south-eastern boundaries. Land use is predominantly grazing on native vegetation, with the Colgoon State Forest in the north-west and the historic Weribone pastoral station in the locality.
