About Bungunya
Bungunya is a rural town and locality in the Goondiwindi Region of Queensland, on the border with New South Wales. It lies immediately north of the Macintyre River, which forms the border, and the Weir River flows through the northern part of the locality. The town sits on the Barwon Highway, about 70 km west-north-west of Goondiwindi.
