About Mount Archer (Rockhampton - Qld)
Mount Archer is a bushland locality on the slopes of the Berserker Range, roughly 14 kilometres north-east of Rockhampton's central business district. The mountain rises to 604 metres and is surrounded by Mount Archer National Park, which protects eucalypt forest, woodland, and dry rainforest on the slopes of the range. The summit is accessible via Pilbeam Drive and offers panoramic views over Rockhampton and the Fitzroy River valley.
