About Clinton (Qld)
Clinton is a town and suburb of Gladstone in Central Queensland, named from the cadastral County of Clinton that contains the city. About 6.7 km south-west of Gladstone Central, it grew from the 1970s with Clinton State School and Gladstone airport, and was designated a Priority Development Area in 2010.
