About Beatrice
Beatrice is a rural locality in the Tablelands Region of far north Queensland, situated south of Malanda and west of Innisfail in the Atherton Tablelands hinterland. Mount Fisher rises in the west of the locality, and the Beatrice River flows eastward through the area before becoming a tributary of the Johnstone River, with the western portion falling within Maalan National Park.
