About Moregatta
Moregatta is a rural locality on the Atherton Tablelands in far north Queensland, south of Malanda and south-west of Atherton. The area sits on volcanic highland soils where dairy farming and mixed cropping thrive in the temperate tropical climate. The south-western part of the locality adjoins Herberton Range National Park, and the Millaa Millaa–Malanda Road runs through the settlement.
