About Mansfield (Qld)

Mansfield is a residential suburb about 13.5 km south-east of Brisbane's CBD, established in 1967 and named after Sir Alan Mansfield, who served as Chief Justice and later Governor of Queensland. Situated between Mount Gravatt East and Bulimba Creek, the suburb features linear parklands along the creek including Cresthaven Park. Local landmarks include Mansfield State High School and a shopping centre on Aminya Street.
