About Couridjah
Couridjah is a small town in the Macarthur Region of New South Wales, within Wollondilly Shire. Its name is said to come from an Aboriginal word meaning 'home of the white ants'. On the old Loop Line railway, it served as a railhead for produce from as far away as Bargo, and its historic station has become familiar through television advertising and film.
