About Yarara
Yarara is a rural locality in the Greater Hume Shire in southern New South Wales, approximately 70 kilometres east of Albury and about 40 kilometres north of Holbrook. The area is characterised by undulating agricultural land used for livestock grazing and cropping. The locality has historical associations with gold mining in the 1870s and post-war soldier settlement.
