About Karuah
Karuah (/kəˈruːə/) is a locality in both the Port Stephens and Mid-Coast Councils. The Port Stephens LGA side is part of the Hunter Region while the Mid-Coast LGA is in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. The name is thought to mean 'native plum tree' in the local Aboriginal dialect.
