About Grattai
Grattai is a rural locality about 24 kilometres south of Mudgee in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, within the Mid-Western Regional Council area. The undulating landscape ranges from 430 to 960 metres in elevation and supports sheep grazing, viticulture and olive production. Gold was reported along Grattai Creek during the 1850s Mudgee gold rush, and the historic Grattai CWA Hall on Hill End Road remains a community gathering point.
