About Wyening
Wyening is a locality in the Shire of Victoria Plains in Western Australia's Wheat Belt region, approximately 123 kilometres north-east of Perth. The locality contains the heritage-listed Wyening Mission Precinct, established by Bishop Salvado in 1856 as a pastoral outpost of the Benedictine New Norcia settlement, with a winery operating from 1916 to 1973.
