About Bolgart
Bolgart is a small townsite in the Shire of Victoria Plains in Western Australia's Wheatbelt region, located about 116 kilometres north-east of Perth. Named after a nearby spring recorded by explorer George Fletcher Moore in 1836, the town was gazetted in 1909 and is principally a wheat-farming centre.
