About Karragullen
Karragullen is a suburb of Perth in the City of Armadale on the Darling Scarp, about 33 kilometres from the Perth central business district. The area is predominantly orchard country, many of the orchards developed by Italian migrants in the 1930s and 1940s, and borders the Canning Dam reservoir zone and bushland to the east. Prior to 1949 it was a stopping place on the Upper Darling Range railway.
