About Dixvale
Dixvale is a rural locality of the Shire of Manjimup in the South West region of Western Australia, on the traditional land of the Bibulman people of the Noongar nation. Its local school operated from 1922 to 1946, closing as part of a plan to consolidate small schools. Two heritage-listed sites, the Tobacco Farm Group and the Glenview Tobacco Farm, survive from the period when tobacco farming was an extensive enterprise in the Manjimup area.
