About Palgarup

Palgarup is a rural locality in the Shire of Manjimup in the South West region of Western Australia, on the South Western Highway amid karri and jarrah forest country. It was the location of timber mills in the 1920s and 1930s, and was once a stop on the now-closed Northcliffe railway line, serving the hardwood logging industry that opened up the district's forests.
