About Rosebrook (Vic.)
Rosebrook is a rural locality in the Shire of Moyne in south-western Victoria, about five kilometres north-east of Port Fairy. In 1847 a steam flour mill was built beside the Moyne River to process locally grown wheat, and from 1888 the mill operated as a cheese and butter factory. The locality had a station on the Koroit-Port Fairy railway line, which ran from 1890 to 1977.
