About Murchison East
Murchison East is a small rural town in the Goulburn Valley, approximately 40 kilometres south of Shepparton. It lies within the Campaspe irrigation district on productive mixed-farming and horticultural land, and is home to a V/Line railway station on the Shepparton line and the landmark Railway Hotel.
