About Murra Warra
Murra Warra is a rural locality in the Wimmera region of Victoria, on the border between the Rural City of Horsham and the Shire of Yarriambiack, about 30 kilometres north of Horsham. It is the site of the Murra Warra Wind Farm, one of Victoria's largest, whose two stages combine around 100 turbines and a capacity of over 400 megawatts, generating enough power for hundreds of thousands of homes.
