About Kalpienung
Kalpienung is a rural locality in the Mallee region of north-western Victoria, situated approximately 35 kilometres from Wycheproof within the Shire of Buloke. A post office operated in the locality from 1890 until 1941, serving the surrounding agricultural community. The landscape is characterised by flat, semi-arid Mallee country used primarily for grain farming and grazing.
