About Cokum
Cokum is a small rural locality in the Shire of Buloke, located in north-western Victoria approximately 36 kilometres from Melbourne. The area supports broad-acre farming, primarily wheat and sheep, on the flat Mallee country characteristic of the region. A post office operated in Cokum from 1914 to 1976, serving the local farming community.
