About Manor Lakes
Manor Lakes is a suburb of Melbourne about 33 km south-west of the central business district, in the City of Wyndham, part of Wyndham Vale until it was gazetted as a suburb in its own right in 2016. The new residential estate is named for its natural waterways, and is being built with more than 50 hectares of open space, wetlands and interconnecting walking and cycling trails. Its two neighbourhoods are known as The Village and Lakeside, and it has its own P-12 college and community facilities.
