About Woodside (Vic.)
Woodside is a town in the Gippsland region of Victoria, Australia. At the 2016 census, the town and surrounding area had a population of 364. Until its demolition in 2015, the aerial mast of the VLF Transmitter Woodside stood near the village and, at 432 metres, was the tallest structure in the southern hemisphere.
