About Mount Tassie
Mount Tassie is a mountain locality in the Strzelecki Ranges between the Latrobe Valley and South Gippsland, home to the range's highest point. The summit area, part of Tarra-Bulga National Park, is forested with Mountain Ash and tree ferns, and the Mount Tassie Loop on the Grand Strzelecki Track offers views across the Latrobe Valley and down to Wilsons Promontory.
