About Balook
Balook is a small locality in the Strzelecki Ranges of Gippsland in eastern Victoria, between Traralgon and Yarram on the Traralgon-Balook Road. It is the entry point to Tarra-Bulga National Park, which protects fern gullies, giant Mountain Ash and myrtle beech forest first reserved in 1904.
