About Jumbuk
Jumbuk is a small rural locality in the Latrobe Valley area of Gippsland, Victoria, about 137 kilometres south-east of Melbourne. Nestled in the foothills of the Strzelecki Ranges, the area is characterised by agricultural land and bushland between Yinnar South and Jeeralang in the Latrobe City Council area. A Greenfleet forest restoration project on Kurnai land protects 17.5 hectares of native forest linking Morwell National Park and Strzelecki State Forest.
