Ascot is a residential suburb of northern Bendigo in the City of Greater Bendigo, Victoria, located approximately 150 kilometres north-west of Melbourne. Surveyed in 1874 and proclaimed a town in 1875, the suburb was historically a mining town in the goldfields region of central Victoria. Separated from the suburb of Epsom by the Bendigo to Echuca railway line, it is served by the State electorate of Bendigo East and the federal division of Bendigo.
