About Talbot (Vic.)

Talbot is a historic gold rush town in the Central Goldfields of Victoria, 167 kilometres north-west of Melbourne. The Scandinavian Rush of 1859 established the township, and today Talbot is known for its preserved heritage streetscape and monthly farmers market.
