Elevated Plains is a small rural locality in the Hepburn Shire of Victoria, about 91 kilometres north-west of Melbourne near Hepburn Springs. Known locally as Mannings Hill, the basaltic plateau is the highest area surrounding Hepburn Springs and is characterised by open grazing country and the quiet rural lifestyle of the Goldfields region.
