About Bagot Well
Bagot Well is a small locality about six kilometres north-east of Kapunda on the road to Eudunda. It takes its name from Captain C. H. Bagot, who owned extensive property in the area, and from a well he sank that became available for public use in 1855. The locality was served by the Morgan railway line from 1878 until the line's closure in 1994.
