About Seacombe Gardens

Seacombe Gardens is a residential suburb in the City of Marion, South Australia, located approximately 11 kilometres south of the Adelaide central business district. The suburb shares its name with Seacombe on the Wirral Peninsula in Cheshire, England, from which many early settlers emigrated. Covering less than one square kilometre, it is characterised by leafy streets with a mix of post-war housing and more recent developments. Seacombe Gardens lies near Flinders University and Flinders Medical Centre, and is well served by public transport including bus routes and nearby Seaford Line railway stations. Local reserves and parks provide recreational green space.
