About Tamaree
Tamaree is a rural residential locality in the Gympie Region of Queensland, Australia, located seven kilometres north of the Gympie CBD on Kabi Kabi traditional lands. The North Coast railway line passes through, and it was the site of a 1947 rail disaster. Formerly a dairy and farming area, it has transitioned to rural-residential living with high homeownership.
