About Neumgna
Neumgna is a rural locality in the South Burnett Region of Queensland, west of Yarraman. The north-eastern part of the locality is occupied by the Meandu open-cut coal mine, which supplies the nearby Tarong Power Station; construction of the mine began in 1978.
