About Millbank (Qld)
Millbank is a mixed-use suburb in the Bundaberg Region of Queensland, located four kilometres west of Bundaberg Central and 362 kilometres north of Brisbane. Bounded to the north by the Burnett River, the northern part is used for sugarcane and grazing while the rest is residential. The heritage-listed South Sea Islander Church and Hall at 46 Johnston Street is on the Queensland Heritage Register. The Bundaberg General Cemetery, established within the suburb with burials commencing in 1873, is a significant local landmark.
