About Kitoba

Kitoba is a locality in the South Burnett Region, taking its name from a former railway station on the now-closed Windera line. The name is thought to be an Aboriginal word referring to paint stone. The Anglican Church of the Holy Trinity operated at Kitoba from 1957 to 2005 before being relocated to Cloyna State School.
