About Haly Creek
Haly Creek is a rural locality in the South Burnett Region of Queensland, named after the creek of the same name that flows through it into the Stuart River. Both the creek and the locality take their name from Charles Robert Haly, who established Taabinga Station in the district. The land is mostly used for agriculture, with cropping in the north and grazing in the south.
