About Gungaloon

Gungaloon is a rural locality in the Fraser Coast Region in south-east Queensland, about 26 kilometres west of Maryborough. Doongul Creek, a tributary of the Burrum River, forms much of its northern boundary, while Wongi National Park and Gungaloon State Forest cover significant portions of the locality. The area is used primarily for grazing on native vegetation, with no urban development.
