About Ficks Crossing

Ficks Crossing is a rural locality in the South Burnett Region of Queensland, located about 7 kilometres west of Murgon. The locality is named after a historic ford over Barambah Creek, where a low-level bridge was constructed in 1917. The Bunya Highway passes through the area, and the nearby Allan Snow Huston Memorial Park and Barambah Creek provide popular camping and day-use facilities.
