About Orient

Orient is a coastal rural locality in the Shire of Hinchinbrook, Queensland, with the Coral Sea forming its eastern boundary and a sandy beach known as Bronte Beach. Most of the east and south of the locality lies within the Halifax Bay Wetlands National Park. Land use is a mix of sugarcane cropping and grazing on native vegetation.
