About Umagico
Umagico is a small coastal town in the Northern Peninsula Area Region on the western coast of Cape York in far north Queensland. It is an Aboriginal community of the Angkamuthi people and is also known locally by its traditional name, Alau, the site having been a traditional camping place on the western beaches of Cape York.
