About Edward River
Edward River is an outback locality on Cape York Peninsula in the Shire of Cook, Queensland, named after the Edward River that runs through it towards the Gulf of Carpentaria. The Musgrave-Strathgordon Road crosses the locality, and the land is chiefly used for grazing on native vegetation.
