About Carrandotta
Carrandotta is an outback locality in the Shire of Boulia, Queensland, on the border with the Northern Territory. It lies in the Channel Country, and the Georgina River crosses it as part of the Lake Eyre drainage basin, most of its watercourses drying up before reaching the lake. The locality is used for grazing on native vegetation, with Carandotta Station among its pastoral leases.
