About Caroline Crossing

Caroline Crossing is a vast, sparsely populated rural locality in the Shire of Murweh in outback Queensland. The locality is named after a historic ford across the Warrego River, which runs through the area and forms a key feature of the flat to gently undulating plains. The Landsborough Highway passes along the south-western boundary and the area supports grazing on native vegetation.
