Mount Pleasant is a rural locality in the City of Moreton Bay, named after the 525-metre peak on its north-eastern boundary which forms part of the D'Aguilar Range. The hilly, semi-rural terrain supports bushland and scattered rural properties, and the Mount Pleasant Community Hall, formerly the School of Arts, is a local gathering place.
