King Scrub is a rural locality on the northern outskirts of Dayboro in the City of Moreton Bay, about 48 kilometres north-north-west of Brisbane. Rich farmlands characterise the area, with some developed as residential estates, and the Brisbane-Woodford Road runs through from south to north. Fingerboard Road, which frequently floods, serves as a flood indicator for the local weather station.
