Colinton is a rural locality in the Somerset Region of Queensland, located approximately 21 kilometres north of Toogoolawah in the upper Brisbane River valley. The locality features farming and bushland country, with Emu Creek flowing through and Lake Somerset nearby. The D'Aguilar Highway passes through the east and Benarkin State Forest covers the western portion.
